Is it triphasic?

Hi Everyone - As you may know, this was my first month at charting bbt...I think that I am getting the hang (finally!)  But I was wondering if it is triphasic? I have read posts about triphasic charts, but don't really understand how to determine it....can anyone help?  Here's a link to my chart -

Thanks a ton!

Right. I guess I was wondering IF an implantation dip can occur during the day and thus, be missed, when charting?

I would only rely on your BBT not any temps taken after you've waken up and moved around.  IMO.

So, yesterday I had some cramping (but I thought it's way too early for AF to show) - my temp was 97.9 in the a.m. (and has been high during the day, typically) but yesterday, during the day, it went to 97.0 and 97.2...

How long does an 'implantation dip' in your temp last? This a.m. it was back at 97.9 - could the cramping and the temp drop during the day mean something?

(I won't POAS until I am OFFICIALLY late - sorry! :) )

No, I think that because I ovulated so late - I am not 'late' until about CD35.  I do better holding off for AF then POAS! :)  I had a great deal of ovarian 'pain/discomfort' on about CD28-30, but other than that - NOTHING.  I don't feel like AF is coming and I don't feel preggers (no sore bbs, etc.) so I think that I am just going to be patient (something that I need to work on, anyway!)

Thanks for your advice!

Your chart does look triphasic to me.  I'm certainly no expert, I'm just learning myself, but you've got an increasing trend.  Your on cd 31?  Still no dip?  Have you taken an hpt?

Also, does anyone know if your BBT ALWAYS drops before your period?  I am getting down to the day and wondering what I should be looking for?

Thanks!  Any help is always appreciated!!

Thanks for the tips!  I would like to 'share' my chart - can you tell me how to do it?

Thanks!

A triphasic chart basically means you can see 3 distinct patterns in your chart.  For example your temps might be in the 97's during AF and leading up to o.  Then after o, your temps might rise to 98's.  Then after your luteal phase, if your pregnant, your temps will then rise again maybe into the low 99's.  So, basically you'll see 3 patterns of temps.  The link you posted, gave me my chart.  You have to set your account up to "Share".
