Is this normal or should I be worried?

I took my last pill of provera tabs last Dec. 30 and was waiting for my AF since then. Today (Jan 7) I have bleeding, at first I was happy because I thought this is what I'm waiting for but after I took a bath the blood just stopped.

Is this normal after taking provera tabs or should I be worried? I was expecting the bleeding will continue for 3-4 days just like my normal AF.

Please help.

oh okay. thanks so much for your reply, I'm at ease now. Because me and my boyfriend is kinda worried because after taking the meds I only bled for 1 day. I will also visit a new OB on Saturday to ask what to do while waiting.

Sounds normal. Your body is dealing with the changes in stopping birth control, it could take awhile for your period to start and then become regular, just give it time. You can still get pregnant during this time, so be aware of that, I would suggest waiting at least a month before trying to ensure the birth control is completely out of your system before trying to get pregnant but it's your choice.
