Does anyone know how long you should hold off on using the bathroom before taking an OPK. I plan to take one at 4pm its 2:30 now and I already have to pee lol.  I don't want to mess up the results by waiting to go, nor do I want to not be able to go enough at 4 urghhh.

Thanks, next time I am gonna wait that 3 hours! Maybe I didn't wait long enough...My doc said to test in the evening so we could do IUI next morning after I get O result on test. Anyways thank you very much. I am gonna take your advice and wait 3 hours next time.

You should really wait a minimum of 3 hrs before peeing.  They say the best time to check is around 11am in the afternoon.  Not sure why that is though. Good luck!

I know! I am frustrated too!!! I feel the pain like its gonna happen, I am starting to think the clomid is causing the pain. I just don't want to wait anymore:( If I get O tomorrow I will have to go in Monday morning for IUI, we are suppose to get a foot of snow sunday night into monday here and that is going to make it difficult. I am starting to stress.

I don't think it matters.  Just try not to drink too much or that would dilute things for you.
