Oh no! Did I ovulate early on Clomid??

I'm freaking out!  This morning is CD 10 (took Clomid 3-7, last month I didn't O until CD20 on clomid).
I had a temp of 97.7 this morning and yesterday I had a dip of 97.1.  NO EWCM.
Could this be a fluke or did I O this early?  I haven't even started OPKs yet, let alone BDing!
The only 2 factors I can conclude are: restless, hot night and minor infection (so maybe body is working hard to fight it off?)
I am going crazy thinking I missed my window!  What do you gals think??

You may also try a vinegar/water douche. Often, the acidity is enough to get a yi cleared if is mild. You don't want to use it of course when are o'ing as it will kill cm as well. But, a safe and natural alternative that may help.

It could be the reason for elevated temp. It's not uncommon to get one or two out of the ordinary temps here and there. I'll be watching to see what your temp does today.

No, we don't have BD covered!   Haven't BDed in weeks!
And the infection I have is what I think might be a yeast infection (mild though) I went to the Dr. and we agreed to try to ward it off naturally - using acidopholus and garlic and yogurt - but now I'm tempted to just take the one pill (diflucan) and get it out of the way - esp. if I am scheduled to ovulate in a week.  But I don't know if that drug could interfere with fertility.
So my temp is higher maybe b/c of this inflammation/irritation?  It stayed elevated all day today at around 98.6 - usually I don't get to the 98s until post Ov.  So Gosh I hope I didn't O early!  This is so frustrating since I only get like 4 rounds of clomid anyway and this one will be wasted!
Tina - let me know if you find a post like you said - I would like to read about it.  Thanks!

If you were fighting an infection of some kind, your temp rise could very well be related to that.

On ff message boards, I have seen several posters that o'd b4 taking their last pill!!! I don't think it's a common thing, but can happen. Tomorrow's temp will help with the big picture. Do you have it covered just in case it was o?

Hi! I don't know about clomid so I can't comment on that. But, it does happen sometime to have a high temp that doesn't really mean anything and it goes back to lower normal temps.  It happened to me yesterday, I freaked out also! It was at 36.84 (celsius) ..that temp is usually after O and it was only CD10..but today it went back to 36.50...Have no idea why..but I did have nightmares all night before so maybe that has something to do with it.??

Have you ever heard of anyone ovulating so early on Clomid?
Gosh I hope this is a fluke!

Boy, it's really hard to say. It is certainly possible. Without another temp or two to confirm it is a real shift, it's unclear. It could be one isolated high temp for sure.
