Ovulation question

I am on CD27--I have been using the clearblue fertility monitor and OPK's--and so far nothing--today I got the peak sign on the monitor???.  I was on Clomid this month.  Even so my cycles are always 30 days.  Do you think it was an error????  I am going to but some more OPK's to test with those too.  Any thoughts/advice???  Thanks ladies.

Hi everyone I am new here. Well I am here cause I started taking cloimd on april 10 cd 5-9.  On april 25 cd 20 i started spotting did for 3 day.  At that point I had a high fertility on my moniter And ovulated. on cd 23 . So my question is Is this a side effect of the clomid. and was It to late for us to conceive. I am on cd 29. Thank for any answer u can give me.

i was on clomid and progesterone pills and took an opk and blood test in Feb. and actually I did ovulate. I also used the clearblue easy opk. it's actually accurate.

I've read that Clomid can affect the results of fertility monitors. But, it could just be that the clomid made you ovulate later.

does the monitor measure your temp?  All I've been doing is taking my bbt every morning and waiting for it to spike.  I am also paying attention to my cervical mucus.  I haven't ovulated yet and I was suppose to last week.  Why do you think you ovulated late this month?  I am clueless

You may just be o'ing later.  GOOD LUCK!  Those Monitors are pretty darn accurate!

They say that on Clomid, you "normally" ovulate 5-9 days after taking your last pills.  But "normal" doesn't always apply to everyone.  If you have been consistently testing with a fertility monitor, and it is now showing positive, I would say that is pretty accurate.  You may have just O'd later.
