Please help!

I had a period from the 30th of January to the 3rd of this month. Around the 5th I started spotting on and off for a couple of days Then stopped probably the 7th. Then around the 10th I started getting nauseous quite often, cramping, dizziness every time I stood up,  headaches which I don't ever get. That lasted until probably the 15th. Then on the 19th, I had bright red blood after intercourse which turned into light pink spotting.. It stopped yesterday. Then I was spotting again this morning. Any time I spot though, it's only when I wipe..  I'm due to start my period the 28th. Was any of this possibly implantation bleeding? I at first thought it was just hormones regulating after I stopped breastfeeding last month.. But I'm not sure. I haven't ever spotted before even with my last two pregnancies.
