Please share tips for succesfull IVF

After a failed IVF end of June i am doing back to back IVF.  My transfer date may either be 8/8 (3day) or8/10 (5 day)
I am hoping to get some tips from you ladies who have had successfull IVF.  I am going to eat a lot pineapple cores.  My RE does not recommend bed rest however I have taken 4 days off of work next week, so I am not sure what is the extent of bedrest.  Can I walk a little around the house or is it complete bed rest ?  Any suggestions you can share will be appreciated

Hi hun,

I just wanted to say all the very best of luck for your transfer hun, I will be keeping everything firmly crossed for you and sending all possible ******baby glue****** and *******baby dust****** I really hope you get that BFP :o)

As for the bed rest hun, I would say complete rest for 2 days, just getting up when neccessary like for the loo or getting a glass of water etc, but no bending or lifting or any excersion. Then after 2 days move around a little more (still wouldn't bend to much or lift etc) but rest a lot in between - but this is my personal preference, it is up to you hun, whatever you feel comfortable and right with, is right for you. If you won't feel comfortable moving around and doing things and will feel guilty about it, then I say rest rest rest hun!

Lots of love and good luck!!!!!
