My clinic is in Hasbroucks Heights. I just feel good about my drs and the rest of the staff, and u think that's a good start! We will see the results later ;)
Hi - I'm going to a clinic in South Jersey. Which clinic do you go to? I always wonder how to know if this is a "good" place to go. It's so hard when you're discouraged not to place blame on the clinic and doctors! Best of luck to you tomorrow!!!
I'll know tomorrow how many fertilized. My transfer is on Wed. About the acupuncture, I start lat week too, but i do feel better than before when I did the others IVFs. I'm going to do 30 min acupuncture before the transfer and 30 min after. They say it helps in the implantation of the embryos and I'll do 3 or 4 more section after that. The acupuncturist said that's all I need for now. My doc wants to put back 7, I hope I'll have them. The first time we put 2 and the second time we put 4. Keeping praying for u! Think positive tomorrow.
Hiii! Good luck with your cycle!! I live in NJ, USA, so my clinic is here as well ;) I had 23 eggs, but only 6 fertilized perfectly, but that's more than enough anyways, and it's been quite painful after the ER since I had so many. I'm having my transfer tomorrow! I'm soo excited! ;)
How many of the 9 fertilized? and how many do you plan to put back? We just decided today that we want to transfer 2, it...we'll see ;)
Hi, it sounds great! Good lucky to u! I just had my ER today(sunday) and had 9 eggs. I'm 41 and it is my third IVF. I'll be doing the transfer on Wed.
Best wishes!
Well, from the sound of it, your embies are wonderful, and being happy with your clinic is key!!! : ) Let us know how it goes!!!
Oh my God I wish you were right! that would be the best gift ever! and yes we're very happy with our clinic ;)
Sounds like you will get a BFP for sure! Congrats! It sounds like you have a great doctor and a Great Lab!!!! : )
I know! 23 is great! The dr called me now and told me that 10 of them were not completely mature, they injected the other 13 and 6 were perfectly fertilized today. Tomorrow they will do biopsy in all of them (PGS) and transfer will be on Monday. Hopefully they all get to blastocytes ;) I'm hopeful
I had around 23 and I think 19 fertalized and 4 made it to day 5 blasts. The others were day 6 blasts. We put back two- one made it. Day 5 just means that the cells have made it to blastocyst stage and are the best candidates to be transfered back. The RE will likely 'grade' them and tell you the details after the transfer (which is painless and easy). Best of luck to you!
23 is Great......so jealous. I also never had that many. The most I rec'd was 8. I guess at 38 I am getting old in reproductive years.
Best Wishes
23 eggs! That's a GREAT number! I only had 11 when I did my IVF. I bet you will get a five day transfer with that many. The only difference between the two is that they have a little bit more time to evaluate the embryo with a five-day, so they can pick the best ones. So if you have enough developing embryos, they usually do a five day transfer. Best of luck!
