PS To answer the question about starting a period while on progesterone, that is the same way mine starts now -- a brown spotting before AF arrives.
I am sorry!! Yes, I understand fully. My husband and I are using clomid, menopur (because even on clomid last month I did not ovulate due to stress), and progesterone on the second half of the month after the IUIs. He is on some medication that increases his sperm count because it is low. Both of us have issues. UGH! This is disheartening! I hope that we can all manage to have healthy pregnancies. This is driving me nuts!
Thanks for your responses. Trying to be patient and each month start all over again.
I'm sorry about your BFN ;( Unfortuantely, TTC w/ meds is a bit of a mind game :( We get our hopes up, have all these symptoms but nothing :( Dont give up keep trying, have faith and be patient. I struggle every month, but still am hopeful.
Thanks for your reply and sharing your experience with me. It is very depressing. Yes my test came out negative and I am on my period now.
My doctor suggested that I do Clomid for this month and timed intercourse since Dh and I have travel plans this moth.
I hope things work out. But its so heart breaking because I was feeling and having the symptoms of a pregnant person till Sunday night and come Monday I it was all negative.
I know exactly how you are feeling. I hate to share that our last IUI ended in a similar way with a BFN.
I had light spotting 8dpiui which my DR said might be a good sign and then not again for the rest of the TWW. On day 14 I felt like a lot of my symptoms from the HCG trigger and the progesterone I had been taking up until 11DPIUI had faded and did 1 HPT and got a negative. I didn't feel like I was getting my period but I felt better than I had. I had sex that morning with my husband and soon after began spotting. That night I took another test and got a second negative. I still had very light brown spotting up until I went to bed, I woke up on 15dpiui with cramps and AF.
I hope your tests this morning were BFP!
