Still Praying

This is my first IVF cycle. Had retrieval 8/2 and transfer 8/7 and had beta 8/16 which came back negative. My friend thinks 9 days is too early to test. How days did you guys wait before beta.  She said her doctor waited exactly two weeks.

I had my beta exactly after 14 days after extraction. I had a BFN.  It is hard to wait but to be sure I didn't take a HP because I didn't want to get my hopes up just in case it was wrong.
Good Luck!

I had my first beta done on my #2ivf exactly 8 days later (last Wednesday) and it was BFP but today I had my 2nd beta and it went down, so I had a chemical pr.  Anyway Lil Dubb, I think it depends on how old your embryos are 3 day embryos are tested 10 to 12 day and blastocyst 5 day embryos are 8 to 10 day tested.  At least that is how my RE works...I hope this helps.
