Trying for a baby

Hi all

I got my contraceptive implant out 4 days ago because my partner and I have decided to have a baby.

I had the implant in for almost 2 years and since I took it out, I have been feeling very different and hormonal.

How do I increase my chances in conceiving?  Any tips and things I should eat or do?

Thanks

It may take a while for your body to adjust.. Or to even get a period. Its really a waiting game to see when you get a period and start ovulating. Frustrating.. I know. Good luck :)
