Ttc with endometriosis

Hi ladies I have endo and have been actively ttc for over a year now. I had a strong feeling I had endo for about 4 years now and have had ultrasounds done but the doctors didn't see anything. Finally I demanded a laparoscopy and sure enough, I had endo. He lasered what was there that was in march of this year, and I'm still not pregnant. Any ladies in my situation or was and ended up pregnant? If so what did you do differently? Thanks

I also had moderate/severe endo.  I had laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, hsg, and a d&c.  After that the very next cycle we did femara, follistim, novarel, estrace, and progesterone. And right off the bat,it all worked, I am now 13 weeks pg.  We tried for almost a year before the surgery with no sucess.  I would have O pain and would always get a postive O test, still nothing.  Also before surgery, my fsh was around 11.4 and after it went down to 5.6.  Dont know if the endo. was the problem with that but there was no reason for it to go down like that.  Anyway, hope this helps.  Good luck to you.

I have endo and it took me 4 yrs of trying to get pg with my ds. I did 5 months of Lupron and think that is why it tooks so long. I had a mc after him but I have been ttc again for a year since the mc with no luck. I wish you the best. I also had the HSG and they found nothing and have been on clomid for 4 months and still no luck.

I am keeping track of my cycles and it ranged every 26 to 28 days. I was using opks just to confirm what I was feeling. I feel when I ovulate horrible pain! I used them for four months and it was positive a day before I ovulate always. Sometimes darker than the control line. So I stopped using them. I had always felt when I ovulate. I didn't get an hsg done because my insurance didn't cover it. He said my ovaries were fine and my tubes looked perfect they didn't look as if the had endo in the because they were normal size. He only found two spots of endo and it was tiny he said but enough for me to feel it during sex. One was under my cervix( what I felt during sex) and the other on my abdominal cavity on the left. Where I felt an ache after my cycle. I will have a dye test next February if I don't get prego. And my bloodwork I had done everything came back normal. Uuugh I hate not seeing what's going on in there

I also had a lap in March for my endo.  My RE did a HSG at the same time as my lap.  My tubes were to bad to try to conceive normally. We are doing IVF and my cycle starts in September.  Did they do a die test?

I have endo as well and ended up having 2 surgeries. However it was later determined that I was not ovulating on my own and that had nothing to do with my endometriosis. Are u keeping track of your cycles? Charting temps, doing OPKs etc? If so and no luck I would seek out a OBGYN or RE to do some addl testing... Such as blood work.
