Hi Angel,
I am very sprry to hear about all you have gone through, and the problems you are having.
Have you ever been tested for your progesterone levels?? How long are your cycles normally?? I am asking because low progesterone levels are usually a result of a short luteal phase/luteal phase defect (the length on time from ovulation to getting your period). You say that you ovulate regularly but have you ever checked your luteal phase yourself? This could be done by doing ovulation tests and once you get your positive, measuring the length of time unitl you get your period - the normal length of a luteal phase is 12-16 days, generally around 14-15 days - if this is the case for you -I would definitely say you do not have a luteal phase defect - but if your luteal phase is less than 12 days - then yes you may have a progesterone problem stemming from this. You can still have periods and ovulate with a progesterone problem - but because it comes from a short luteal phase, your period arrives earlier (having very short cycles), therfore your body doesn't produce enough pregesterone, so it is a lot harder to get pregnant atall! I really wouldn't say that this was your problem hun, if your cycles and luteal phase are normal - of course I am not a doctor but that would be my opinion. I know it's not easy to hear but early mc can a lot of times be just "bad luck" I myself have had 2 early mc's at the same time as you - but have no problem with progesterone or luteal phase (I have been tested). But mc'ing this early means the baby is not implanting properly and there are a lot of things that can be done for this for example - steroids, blood thinners etc etc. Please don't give up hope that this can happen for you hun. I have also had 2 ectopic pregnancies and have lost both my tubes, so now need IVF to conceive, but when I do get pregnant (fingers crossed) the doctors have prescribed me to take clexane (blood thinner) and prednisilone - which is a steroid to aid implantation and stave off killer cells - this is because of my early mc's.
Hope all of that made sense and didn't confuse you more! Also a very good herbal remedy to help with irregular cycles and used commonly to treat a short luteal phase problem is Angus Cactus - I would advise you get some of this for yourself too if this is of any concern.
