almost zero sperm, blockage or not?

I had 2 SA's in 1 month and both very bad results.. Only a few dead sperms found both times. As little as 10 sperms.
I have been experiencing pain in the genital area for three months now but no STD and no bacterial infection.

Could a blockage in the vas deferens or so do this? Or does the fact that there are a few dead ones found exclude that scenario? If not it means there is no production in the testis..

sorry I have no information about this condition to answer your question. Your best source would be an RE (reproductive Endicronologist).
