beta dropping...
Hi ladies, Second beta came back today and it has dropped. I went from 182 to 53 from Tuesday to Thursday. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping. We didn't use the same clinic though for the second beta. We decided to go to a clinic closer to home instead. We are going to drive into Toronto tomorrow morning and do a third beta at the clinic. The nurse said that it could be that the lab we used test wasn't as sensitive as theirs. When my DH asked if that has happened before, she said she couldn't say. I am really upset I so wanted this to happen. Should I start preparing for the worst? Has anyone else the beta drop but still maintain the pregnancy?????????
Well it is offical we are no longer pregnant. We are devasted. I wish that it had simply been negative ten to give us this gift and then take it away. We don't know what we will do. We don't have anymore frozen embies and will have to seek another egg donor. We waited over 4 years for this one. Thanks for all your support I really appreciate it. I will continue to keep all of you in my thoughts.
I know what you mean. I think I would have felt better if it just came out negative. Keep your chin up.
Hi Susan, I can't believe this is happening. I was so excited when they called on tuesday and said the P word. Now I just feel like it is a cruel joke. I will be thinking of you as well.
