I was on my thrid round of Clomid 100mg when I got preggers with my daughter.   With this pregnancy I was on 150mg  Clomid but then needed back surgery and took a 2 month break from Clomid and SURPRISE got pregnant.   I asked the doc and he said that he thought there was still enough Clomid in my system from my dose taken 2 months prior so it enabled me to ovulate.  Sort of jump started things.

So I say if you have no problems with taking Clomid to go ahead and take it again. It may assist u in getting pregnant all the quicker for baby #2.
Good Luck!

My best friend conceived her first baby with Clomid and she was told by the Docs that when ever she wants to have kids again she will have to start Clomid again.
Two weeks ago she found out she was pregnant, didn't even know it and although they didn't use any contraceptive they were being careful avoiding the possible Ovulating days.
So here you go! Good Luck!
