Hello ladies,
Im new to this forum, and I've been reading older posts for the last two months. I finally decided to post.

I tried clomid in may 2009, after i had stopped taking b/c pills for over 8 years. I have PCOS, and I knew that getting pregnant would be difficult. On first round of clomid, I got pg immediately. Unfortunately, I m/c at 5 weeks, 6 days. I was told my hcg levels were low 3 days prior to m/c; levels were 45. M/c was very difficult. This week I found out that I am pg. I was not on clomid. I was somewhat certain that my body was still "off" so getting pg never entered my mind. My levels on wednesday were 14,000! I will say that clomid worked for me, even though it resulted in m/c. I believe that in my case that might have been due to my long term bc pill usage. It does feel good to know that my body could conceive on its own, despite my belief that I would need something to jump start my system. I still believe in clomid. I think that many women have had success with clomid, and within the first several months too.

I am on my first cycle of clomid, 17 dpo no sign of af but keep getting BFN, so not sure if it is lengthening my luteal phase by a week or I am preggo, but I hope it works for u, it did get me to o a lot sooner than I do on my own though....

I'm sorry that's horrible, I hope it does work for you.  you should consider your self lucky everyone i talk to gets pregnant, online and home.  maybe i should start talking to myself :).  I'm giving up on clomid alone, i start follistim injections with clomid as soon as af arrives.  i understand trying for a long time, we have been ttc for 2 years and 8 months, although since i met dh 6 years ago we never used protection.  It feels like forever though.

I got pregnant with my daughter on my third cycle of clomid 100mg.  With this pregnancy I took a 2 month break from Clomid 150mg and got pregnant on my own.
