clomid?

Hello There.

I have just started taking clomid around 2 month ago. Well I gave ta ken 2 cycles worth and no luck so far. I was wondering if anyone has taking/taken it and how long did it take. My partner has low sperm and low mobility and I have a low ish ovulation but I had a blood test and found out that clomid is definitely working. My progesteronelevel went from 28 to 190. Been Told that is very good. Anyway can anybody give me any advice.

Many thanks
J. X

Thank you. I really hope it's not long now. Been trying for around 18 months now so it's getting hard to stay positive but I no that it will be all worth it in the end. :-) x

Had to see a specialist at the children's hospital have to get referred there from doctors. It's a long process but hopefully won't be long now. I really hope it happens soon. :-( if we don't get caught when I go bk to hospital I am going to ask if there is anything they can do for partner againx.

Is this a prescription only drug and do you have to see a specialist or just your regular doctor?

1st baby took 6 rounds of clomid.   Baby is now 2 1/2. Currently pregnancy and it took one round of clomid.  Husband also has low sperm count and mobility. Baby dust to you. Good luck

Yes.  It is true.  It just take one.  But it can take forever.  There are a lot of normal couple with no issues that are struggling to get pregnant.  I will look for a diff doc for him.  Just to increase your chances.  Sometimes you just hv to be aggressive and demand for treatments.

You know men can take clomid too to improve the sperm count and motility.  In your case it sounds like both hv fertility issues.  He needs to get help too.  Good luck.
