Could anybody give me any advice on what i should eat to help my embryos to get to pregnancy after ivf?

i did a test today which is Friday the day suppossed to take the test neg however please can somebody help me! I have been reading up about implantation and they say it happens between 7 - 10 days which is most common however it can happen 10 - 12 days and on the 11th day i was in pain with cramps all down my left side also headaches bottom back pain basically all the symptonsen really sick food changing, also it said that the HCG is only realeased after implantation my question being is there any chance do you think if i did a test tomorrow it could show pos, this could mean HCG would have been late releasing if implantation was late?????????????????  i know im holding to a minimum percent but it might happened to you and you are now pregnant please tell me..

I am not going to do a test until they have said which is next Friday, i just know it is going to be a neg i have the feeling i cant see myself with a baby i know it sounds weird but i think you can feel when something is going to happen just dont feel this is going to be a yes.  Do other people feel the same or is it just me....???

it might be way too early :) dont feel low. i know it feels super anxious so you tested; but its just 3 days honey. :)

thanks for the information im a bit down hearted at the moment done a test today and it was negative i know i shouldnt have i only had my embryos implanted Friday 6th May however i have read that you can show now..............i dont know i will have to wait and see i suppose.

eggs might also be a good option to include in the diet; and take protien rich food; have green tea; no coffee at all.

My acupuncturist told me pineapple (including the core, so get fresh pineapple) is supposed to support implantation.
