faint positive 13 days since trigger shot?

Hello - this is my first post here :)  We are on our first attempt at IVF after 3 years ttc and an ectopic pragnancy last April that resulted in me losing both tubes -   I'm on the 2ww - it's 13 days since trigger - 11 days since ER and 8 days since '3 day transfer'  - i've been testing every day to see when the HCG from the trigger would leave my system, but so far there's been no negatives - the last 3 days though the positive is very faint.....   I don't know if i could dare to believe that the positive could be an early bfp - or if it is still HCG from the trigger shot,,,,,,   Has anyone else tested positive 13 days after trigger shot?  what did it mean for you?  does anyone know at what point it is supposed to start getting darker?   -  trying to keep sane!  not doing a very good job!    thank you,  Tessa

ok - i tested again and the line is darker!!!  I'm in shock - i got so used to never being able to concieve i truly didn't believe it was possible - I was diagnosed with so many fertility problems and when i lost my tubes after iui/ectopic i was devastated and felt completely out of control. I know we have a long way to go before we are out of the woods, but this feels like a giant first step and i know we are so so so lucky to have finally reached this point.....   we had a rubbish cycle that was nearly cancelled twice - only 4 eggs, but 2 fetilized and both reached day 3 -  i guess miricles can happen :)  fingers crossed that my magic bean/beans keep growing - good luck to all of you xx

my first BFP was 8 days past 3 day transfer and i watched the line get progressively darker each morning until my beta.
now 31+ weeks pregnant :)
so hang in there...the wait gets even harder...each beta, then each ultrasound...
but you'll make it :)

I tested 11 dp trigger and got a faint positive that progressively got darker for the next 4 days until I went in for my beta and it was a true positive. I was told that it is usually out of your system in 1-12 days so I think it is looking good for you. When is your beta? That will give you a real accurate result. Good luck to you.
