follicle size and count
I went to my Re today for my e2 and he sd that I had 5 follicle and the size was 15.2, 13.4, 11.4, 11.3, 10.6. I'm doing a IVF/ICSI i don't think they are going to be ready on friday for my trigger. I am little nervous about my cycle failing. Can somebody help me out and let me know what you think?
You have 5 follicles of about the same size which is good. My RE only goes ahead with 5-6 follicles min. Since you are doing ICSI you will probably get a few embryos even with a small count. You may also see a few more follicles pop up on your next u/s. I did when I went through ivf and then they retrieved even more eggs since some follicles may be in hiding.
