Yes it can be painful. IT could also be a sign of endimitriosis (sory sp) Do you have PCOS? I would let your DR know that it is painful so they can check you out.
i would like to know...does having pain in ovarian ,,,stops from concieving??? i badly wanna get concieved!!!

Ovarian cysts can give pain all the time, when they are swollen. Having sex just pounds on the issue even more.
