Evening Prime Rose also helps with CM.  You can get that a GNC, it's a gel cap you take 2 once a day.  You must stop taking it after you O though.  It has worked every time for me.  Also the book "Taking Charge of your Fertility" is a great book and help a lot too.

Yeah i do baby asprin too...and I have been drinking grape juice a few days this month. I agree with one of the post earlier..I felt like I had reduced CM but i am doing IUI so CM might not be that important.

Yeah i bought a big bottle of grapefruit juice because one of the ladies on here took it and it helped her with CM and so i thought I would try it
..... BIG MISTAKE......... I tried it and spit it back out it tastes like bile (LOL) yeah that stuff that you throw up after you have already thrown uop everything in your stomach. But i guess if you like it then more power to you.  I was also told that pinapple juice works too which i think tastes alot better. And baby asprin you are only supposed to take if you have a clotting disorder. the dioc will tell you if you should take it. Good luck in ttc. Keep us all posted

Grapefruit juice help with increasing the amount of cm you have every month. I was taking clomid and it has a tendency to dry up cm- so the grapefuit juice helps increase the volume.

I've been taking baby aspirin every day  the only reason I can understand  why I'm taking is because of high anticardiolipid antibodies.  I believe the baby aspirin thins the blood so that there are not clots.  Apparently the clots can cause the nourishment in placenta to not reach the baby.

I would like to know also any other reason people are taking baby aspirin.  I'm seeing a specialist about the High ACA and I will ask about the aspirin try to get more specific indication on the usage.

I don't know anything about the grapefruit juice.  I'll do it though if it helps!
