you start counting the first day of your period. it does make a difference if you take Clomid as they want you to take that specific days and then do blood tests on other certian days so it is always CD1 the first day of your period,
You would start counting the day you got your period.
Lol thank you. One more question. OK I was 5 days late last period but I'm normally on time. So this month would I count when I normally started or count the extra 5 days then say that should b my period?? Sorry I worded it weird. Lol so all I'm basically asking is should I wait the other 5 days or count as my normally 29 day cycle. Cuz just want to see if I'm late I'm late either which way just dk by how many days! Sorry n thank you lol
Either way, you never count from the end of ur cycle. Hope that helps!
I suppose u could could it that way as well. The number would b the same. So if u wanted to count the first day of ur period as day one, well then the last day before ur period begins again would b the end of ur cycle. So if my period started on Monday and that was day one, then day 28 would be the end of my cycle and on the 29th day I should start af. So I would say I have a 28 day cycle.
Day one starts the day you start your period.
The day after ur period starts is day 1 and ur cycle ends on first day of next period. So if mine starts monday, day one is Tuesday. Then for me, on day 28 I should start period again
The day ur period started
