hormone issue

My doctor said I have low pregesterone. She gave me natural Pregesterone to start taking from day 14-26. What I wanted to know is if we are not using birth control and I want to get pregnant while doing this should I do a pregnancy test on day 26 before I stop taking pregesterone? I have an increase in testosterone can that be caused by the low pregesterone? Also my blood sugar is 104 is that really that bad and can the hormone imbalance cause that?

Thanks in advance for all information. I really just want to have a baby.

I have low progesterone levels too, I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am taking pills to keep my levels up as well. I don't know much about progesterone in your situation, but I do know that 104 is considered normal blood sugar. If you test 2 hours after you eat a meal, it is normal as long as it doesn't go above 130. I have know people who have normal blood sugar who occasionally go above 130, but I think as long as it doesn't happen on a regular basis there is no need to worry. Sorry I wasn't much help lori0615. Good luck with trying to have a baby. I will send some baby dust your way! ;-)
