i'm out again...here we go again!!!!

hi just got my af like half an hour ago i'm back to the beginning at least didn't have to take provera was going to take it today and there it goes she all of a sudden shows her bloody face!!! LOL Well at least i can keep on givining it a try until it sticks.
I would like to track my temp but i wake up at diffent times to go to work i know it doesn't work if i temp at diffent times but can i do this at nigh maybe or does it have to be in morning? i would wake up one day at 5 am then next at 8 and next at 10 any comments Thanks

sorry to hear about AF, but good you don't have to take the Provera again.

As far as charting you BT if I were you I would set my alarm everyday for a decent time of your choice and take your temp and then just go back to sleep if you don't plan on getting up.  Also go to www.fertitlityfriend.com and do some reading up there about taking your temp at different times, I found that site very helpful and I am on my 2nd month of charting temps and signed up for the VIP member.

Another tidbit would to be make sure you get a digital therm.  Mine holds the last temp automaticly every time.  So when my alarm goes off in the morning at 5:40am I reach by my bedstand take my temp, when the temp alarm goes off I turn my therm off and get up and go take my shower. After my shower I pick my therm back up and record my temp.
