infertile

My last period was October 31st and my next one is dur to be November 28th. I was fertile between 9th and 14th of November and I had sex 3 times u protected. I took a pregnancy test ( first response) this morning but it came back negative. Could I be infertile. I thought because I started having ovulation pain the 12th and ended the 14th I would be by now. But the test said I wasn't.  I'm just curious. Could I be infertile
