medication interfering with conception

I have been very sick the last week. It is day 5 of my period and I am starteing on an antibiotic today. I have taken robitussin tylenol, ibuprofen and claritin.  Do these meds affect the egg if I have not ovulated yet?  I should be over my cold and have taken all medication befor I ovulate.  SHould I try this month or not?

Robitussin-no effect, although if you get anything other than the plain Robitussin for Chest Congestion it can dry up CM
Tylenol-no effect-it is one of the few things you can take safely
Ibuprofen-This doesn't affect the egg, but you should not take it while trying to get pregnant or pregnant
Claritin-This is another one you can safely take.
So you are okay.
I have a list from my RE of do and don't meds you can take during IVF, the tww, and early pregnancy and this is where I got the info
