molar pregnancy

Has anybody on here had a molar pregnancy?  If so what were your symptoms?  My doctor is requesting the pathology report from my GYN he thinks a possible cause of my numbers not going down might be a molar pregnancy....I just wanted some info....

i am 19 and i had a molar pregnancy the first time i was ever pregnant. in nov 2010 i started having a miscarriage and bled for two months. in jan 2011 i had to have a d&c from the miscarriage. To fiond out early the doctors should be able to tell you with ultra sound. The ultra sound picture has a snowy cloudy effect on the screen and thats because of all the exra cells that were grown abnormally that happens with molar pregnancy. and there are symptoms mentioneed

Tell me when they first tested you for HCG level, what number did you have?

i had one, and it was devestating. i had all the regular symptoms but my hormone levels started going crazy. they found out about the molar pregnancy when i was almost 2 1/2 months pregnant. i had learned that its usually something that happens at a later age but i was only 20. it ends up to be a really dangerous thing if not caught early enough
