no period for 3 years blood after sex today

Ok so a little back ground I found out I had PCOS almost 2 years ago. I have not had a period in 3, going on 4 years now. Earlier today I had sex and after noticed he had some blood on him. After cleaning myself up there was a heavy amount of blood in my urine and on the tp. Thinking I might have started my period (the tracker even says I'm suppose to start tomorrow) I put a pad on to see if I'm fact I started and to save myself the mess. Well after hours I used the restroom and there is nothing. I'm a little confused it's not like I haven't had sex in awhile and could be the cause of that or that it's a new partner and a size thing either. We are trying to have a baby and have failed for almost 2 years.... I just really need some advice because these things don't take things like this into consideration.

You need help getting pregnant.  If you are not having your period, it means you are not ovulating.  Consult a doc.
