The only way prenatal vitamins or any vitamins help a woman get pregnant is if she has problems with iron deficiency (or some other vitamin deficiency) and the vitamins generally improve her health. A healthy woman is more likely to get pregnant. But they are not magic pregnancy pills.
Yes and take the most expensive ones or prescribe ones..
I've done a lot of research on a vitimin called 'Getriol complete' also known as a baby in a bottle :) try researching it :) x
Go to the source on Geritol -- not even the Geritol people themselves make the claim that it increases one's chance of pregnancy. The irony there is that if a woman is anemic and takes Geritol (which has a lot of iron in it), it might solve her anemia and therefore help her get pregnant. But they debunk the myth on their website. Geritol is a pretty expensive way to get iron, if anemia is the problem the woman can get the same result from taking an iron pill.
Just going by what I've read love :)
And go to the Vitamin Store and get Fertility blend for women and men...
