semen analysis result

Dear Doctors,
Could you explain me please the below semen analysis result is enough to get pagnent a woman.

Microscopic Examination:
Total count : 110 million/ml
Motility : 60% actively motile
               30% sluggishly motile
               10% non motile

Morphology : 20% show giant head. Double head or distorted in appearance.
Epithelial cells: 2-3/HPF
Pus cells : 4-5/HPF

Comment: Normozoospermia

Normozoospermia with hypomotility with infection

cant say wat kind of infection it is until u do a culture n sensitivity....doxycycline tabs will do d job

d report appears normal..just that there is some foci of infection...antibiotics will do d job...and YES this sample is good enough for concieving
