Brown discharge while on Suprecur

Brown discharge while on Suprecur

Hi,
I have started suprecur (buserelin) on Sept 6th and I just went to the bathroom, (sept 16th) and I have a brown discharge, !! Does this mean that I have to start all over again? I have an u/s on sept 23rd and was supposed to start menopur on that day!!  Please please advise me if this is normal!!!

Sincerely,

Nichumangel, (Louise)

Hi!
Don't worry about a small amount of discharge.  It is not uncommon when starting the medication.  It is always a good idea to check in with your RE, but I doubt they will do anything differently.

On the 23rd they will determine if everything looks ok and the menopur is a "go".

Good luck!

thnks for the reply. :-) i felt silly asking, because i remembered i am suppose to have my menustration during suprecur. All is so far so good. I had a scan Fri the 1st and the Menopur did its job. I have 14 follies and my biggest is 22mm, and smallest 14. I took my last 300ui of Menopur friday evening and my ovitrelle (ovulation shot) last night at 9.30. My husband has his TESA at 7.45 and I have my retrievel at 9.30. I dont know if you read ´why we are doing ivf ´but it is because he has a vasectomy, and if this fails this time, he is scheduled for a revérsal on dec 10. So we have a back up plan. My question is´is there a possibilty of having more than one egg per follicel? I was pregnant in Jan after a fet, so our fertilization and/or quality is fairly good, but as my RE said obviously not good enough.  Thanks ´for your time.

Sincerely,
Louise
