I have endometriosis

I'm 23 years old, I was diagnois with endometriosis when my son was going on 8 months old. He is now going on 19 months old. My fiance and I have been trying for another baby since we know that it can take a while to have another one since I have endometriosis. I haven't had a period since April 2nd(my last period), lately I've been feeling even more nauseated, bloated, tired, cravings for basically the same foods as I did when I was pregnant with my son. My Gyno had me take 3 blood pregnancy tests in the last 2 months, it was negative. Home tests=negative. I called him again and told him and it aggravates me because he was supposed to call back Friday, so I called today and still nothing. I have to go to the short stay surgery tomorrow but I was wondering could it be possible that the blood and urine test can come back negative even if that person is pregnant?

I've had gastritis before and it only caused me nausea and diaherra. Would endometriosis also cause my symptoms that I've listed? It's strange though because I haven't had any pains as I normally do with it. Since my periods stopped I haven't had my usual pains. My gyno placed me back on provera again to help me get my period back so that my fiance and I can keep trying for another baby. He said that when I see him next if I still haven't had any luck on conceiving he was going to try to put me on something (fertility meds). Would you happen to know if Medicare pays for it or do I have to pay the full price of it? And do you have any suggestions on what else I would be able to try to help before I go onto anything like that? I'm the type that doesn't like to take too many medications. I don't even like to take my pain pills for my endometriosis because I don't want to get addicted to needing to take any pills.

Hi!
No, if that many tests have been negative, the only real conclusion is that you are not pregnant.  It might be wise for you to consider checking into other reasons ( gastritis?) for the symptoms rather than attributing them to pregnancy when you aren't pregnant.
If you take your mind off of "the stork" you're more likely to get results!

Good luck!
