I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 years ago and i find out today i am 7 weeks pregnant, what i want to know is can pregnancy help with the symoptoms of PCOS and if so what's the chances of suffering another miscarriage

It is most likely that after you deliver your PCOS symptoms will come back. Chances of miscarriage are a bit higher in women with PCOS, but having said that, most pregnancies occurring in women with PCOS are healthy! I hope things are working out for you.
