I recently had weight loss surgery. I'm 29, My periods are now painful. I now get bloodclots.  I never been able to conceive.  My question is when should I consider trying to get pregnant?  Should I consider trying drugs to help me get pregnant?

HI!
If you were my patient, I would be concerned about endometriosis.  You should try to get pregnant whenever you feel you are ready for a family.  If after 6 months of actively trying, you have had no results, you may want to consult a fertility specialist.  That person could help you determine whether drugs would benefit you, and whether surgery for endometriosis is necessary.
Good luck!
