Hi, im 27 trying to conceive a baby, im polycistic. I tried to have clomid, last year december of 2012.... please help me more to know what would be the best time to have a contact and get medicated by the help of clomid. My period started July 10, 2013, its just spotting, then
July 11, 2013- spotting
July 12, 2013 is spotting
July 13, 2013 is heavy
July 14, 2013 is heavy
July 15, 2013 is medium
July 16, 2013 is light
July 17, 2013 is spotting , and today is my 1st day to take clomid again.
Last month, i tried to have contact everyday..... please help me.....conceive...
Hi! If you were my patient, I would advise you to get ovulation predictors. IF the Clomid is working for you, your ovulation predictor should give you a positive reading on cycle day 13-14 (you are using Clomid on CD 5-9 I believe). When the reading is positive, that is the time to get together with your husband/partner, as you will ovulate within the next 24-48 hours. IF the reading is never positive, you may need to increase your dosage of Clomid--it might not be working. Good luck! Dr B
