laporaskopy test

I had pid for a few years with no symptoms and the dr put me on clomid for 5 cycles with no pregnancy I get my menstrual for 7 day wit a 30 day cycle. I had a hsg test and the doc said that one tub was blocked and the other on wasn't visible so he order me a lap test. So one want to no if something is wrong in side can it be fixed and how long after can I ttc? I'm 27 years old and never been pregnant if my tube is block and or twisted can it be fixed? I suspect that you have problems with both tubes.  Unfortunately, PID is terrible for the tubes, even if there are no symptoms.

The laparoscopy is a good next step in the diagnostic process.  It will tell you whether or not the tubes are indeed blocked, and whether or not they can be repaired.
Sometimes it is possible to open blocked tubes, and if so, your doctor probably knows how to do this.  Sometimes the tubes are so badly damaged or swollen that they need to be removed so that In Vitro (test tube babies) can be performed.

If you are 27, you are probably a very good candidate for IVF if that is necessary.
