what are my chances!!

I have had two semen analysis done.
2003 - Morphology 22%   Motility 26%  Viability aliv-motile 29%   Forward progression 2+
2011 - Morphology 25%   Motility 20%   Forward progression 2+

The million dollar question is, what are my chances to get someone pregnant?  I know there is always a chance, is it poor, very good, average ?  excellent?  

I have had sex 8 days after the start of her last cycle.  We only had sex that one time.  She is now pregnant and swears it was only me that she slept with.  She was living with a guy but swears they weren't dating.  I know a paternity test will prove for sure, i'm assuming.  But just hoping to get some idea of what my chances are.

You may also want to post the question to a urologist.  They tend to interpret more tests of this type than I do.  In my opinion, you "chances" would be less than average, but still definitely possible.
If I were in your shoes, I would invest in a paternity test.
