Please help! Dillemma: To stop or continue

I'm in a big dillemma so I would really appreciate any help I could get!
I was in my doctor today (my second IVF), I'm in my 8th day of taking stims (high doses of 600 units) and my ultrasound just show 2 developing! So frustrating, I do not know what to do, shall I stop the cycle or continue since I have already taken stims for 7 days? I put 3 injections per day since I am on the antagonist protocop. Is there even a slight chance if I continue or will all be in vein?
My doctor said that she would not recommend another cycle with stims since I am not responding but would consider natural cycle and if that fails donor eggs.
I feel so numb I cannot even cry. DH is also very frustrated with these news.
Please tell me what would you do if you were in my situation? I am about to put the injections in an hour's time... and will do it for another 3 days. 11 days on stims wouldn't affect the quality of my eggs even if I manage to have some in the end? Previous cycle produced 4 eggs and transferred 3 (1x8 cells, 1x6 cells, 1 x5 cells).
Thank you all so much!

Thank you very much for your answer.
I am nearly 39, highest FSH measurement was 12.8, this cycle's was 7.8.
I am a cancer survivor (survived cancer 3 times) but I thought I would give it a try with my own eggs...
In Previous cycle had lower doses of stims, produced 4 eggs, 3 fertilised and trasferred all 3... 1x8 cells, 1x7cells and 1x6 cells.
I have decided to go on with the cycle... tommorow's ultrasound will show if these 2 are developing further. Will go for a 5 day transfer if we have any left.
Thank you again.

Hi!
I will tell you what I would do, which is not to say that it is right for you.
My sister-in-law concieved her son on the next natural cycle after stopping a stimulated cycle which was not going well. I personally would stop the cycle, and let nature take its course while I searched for an appropriate egg donor.  Why let a little DNA stand between you and motherhood which is the best thing in the world?

Now that you have my opinion, I'll remind you that I don't know your FSH or age.  If you are under 35 years or FSH<9, I might have a different opinion on the subject.

Don't waste all your time and money when you could be playing with your baby!

Good luck!
