Ten my husband went few tests, his results all positive like for his hormones and blood tests, also he was in medication to avoid any infection at his penis. I really worries abt this. But still i got confident that he will recover from this problem. Doctor advice him to do the next test that is testis biocell. is it got any side affects will occur in future. And i would like to know why and what makes his sperms released but non of the sperms are not moving; when every time he do the sperm test the results re same. pls help me!..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that the name for the condition in which all the sperm in the semen are dead is necrozoospermia.  It is very rare and the cause is unknown.  Because no one knows what causes it, it is difficult to treat.  If the diagnosis is confirmed, the usual treatment is testicular sperm extraction with ICSI and IVF.  In this procedure, sperm are extracted by a biopsy of the testicle and then injected into egg cells using micro-surgical techniques.  Resulting embryos are then transferred to the woman.  Usually the results are very good with a high pregnancy rate if the woman is young and healthy.
I hope this helps!

i  have been trying to conceive for past two years..but no luck.. i got all my all tests done..and everything seems to be fine.

my husband had a puss cells in his previous reports ..but now he does not have any puss cells..
I had one failed IUI.  My husband has done DH fragmentation and it has come 61% which is very high.  doctor has advised him to take antioxidants and now he is taking them twice a day for three months.. i read from blogs.. that there is no solution to DH fragmentation, but one can conceive..  i am really worried...   my doctor has advised me that i shud go for my second IUI...   Will the antioxidants help my husband sperms to improve and me conceive.
thanks.
