Hi!
It is possible for chlamydia to cause scarring of the fallopian tubes and therefore, infertility.  There is a test called an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) in which dye is injected into the fallopian tubes and an xray is taken to see if the tubes are open or blocked.
There is a small risk that this test can cause re-activation of old disease, so some doctors would recommend not doing it, others would recommend taking antibiotics before during and after.  IF your tubes are blocked, In vitro (test tube) fertilization is your best bet for having a baby.  Chlamydia does not usually damage the ovaries.

It also sounds like you may have bacterial vaginosis--the foamy discharge.  That is easy to treat, and Planned Parenthood, your local neighborhood clinic, or a private MD could easily take care of it.

One final note: DO NOT blow off follow up for dysplasia.  Dysplasia is treatable if you follow your doctors instructions, but can lead to cancer of the cervix if you don't.

Good luck!

hi fanxxi,
i have a friend that had chylmidia and she had a baby,im not an expert on chylmidia but what i would do if i were you is go to your gp and asked to be referred to a fertility specialist either public or private, there is nothing worse than not known and plus if you need treatment better off for you to get done quicker than later,i would also suggest get your day 3 and day 21 hormones checked....i wish you so much luck on this, there is alot that can be done now for different fertility problems so dont panic,,,best of luck xx
