I had these both producer done and I missed my monthly last month I had some cramping but nothing I took two test both were neg can someone help me here what's going on

thank you so much for ur input and Ive made a appointment for friday, but this is my 2nd cycle cause I had a period in april it skipped june so that what got me and im showing neg reading but a friend told me that happen to her and they took a blood test and it came out positive this is why im confused...but she also skipped 3 months so maybe thats whats going on with me..

It is possible that your period is missed or delayed due to the stress of the procedures.  It is not uncommon for bleeding to be irregular in the first cycle following surgery.  If you were my patient, I would suggest a wait and see approach.  A pregnancy test could be repeated if no period within the next week or so.
