QUESTION ??

i was talking to one of my coworkers and she was on clomid with her baby and she told me this i want to see if you agree.  she said once i stop taking the clomid that i should go to this website
www.americanpregnancyassociation.com and there is a O caluator. Which I did. and the days i should be fertile just Do it!!   Like every other day.  The Opks kinda have been stress full.  i still keep doing them.  But do you think if i do it every other day, I will catch a day that im supposed to be O?
My husband is game =)      any advice

I heard that every other is better than every day!!!
Sperm need a chance to collect.. and every day you dont get a good "batch" for lack of a better term, so every other day is perfect!! Good Luck!

I tried O calculator before along with OPK and it never quite predicted the right time period even though I am quite regular.  If you are not regular or you don't know the length of your LP I would advise you to stick with OPK's.  Also, since you are on clomid for the first time, your cycle length and LP length will probably change.  So, O calculators will not be very useful.  Of course, you can always just bd every other day and then you don't need any OPK or calculator!!!

I tried it too but they only give you an estimate of O.  I put my last AF 11/26 and they estimate from 12/8 - 12/18 i should ovulate.  i don't know if it's accurate.  Imagine you DH have to be in the game from 12/8 - 12/18 every other day.  I think I will dry him out.  by the time 12/18 he will be not himself.  :-o)

I will check my CM and temp.  I count on those 2.  OPK gives me false result due to clomid.

Whenever i see my CM change to EWCM, i will go ahead and BD.

Yes, I've heard that too. If you follow the every other day plan, you don't even really have to use the OPKs. In ideal conditions, sperm can live up to five days inside of you (although probably more like two or three normally), so every other day should work! Good luck to you!
