12 weeks question. Need some reassurance

I posted about six days ago about my symptoms getting better and appetite coming back at about 11 weeks. I am now almost 12 weeks and still had some on again off again nausea. I just stopped progesterone suppositories Sunday and they are not making me take anymore. Since past week my breasts aren't as tender but I'm getting more gassy and headaches. Is this due to the second trimester approaching? I just had an appointment Monday two days ago for first prenatal exam baby was growing like a weed a heart rate was still high in the 170. Is it ok to feel symptoms fading and is it ok to feel ok? I'm just so worried all the time

Be glad u get a little relief...some ladies are sick the entire time..towards the second trimester is when you feel your best, then in the third you feel like crap again. Lol good luck to you :)

Around 12-14 weeks symptoms will start to ease up.  Headaches and gas are part of they joys of pregnancy! Sounds like things are going good.  Try not to stress.  Good luck to you.
