I know it is hard to wait but its the right thing I am sure.  We usually tell people not to use HPT's because they are meant to be used in a normal cycle only days after you miss your period, so about 2 or so weeks after ovulation.  A quantitative beta is SO much more accurate so much sooner.  You might get very stressed for nothing which isn't good for early pregnancy.  Hold out, it will be worth it!

Depends on whether you had 3 or 5 day transfer.  I would wait at least till 12 days after your retrieval.  Also, an early HPT may give you a false positive due to a trigger.
Best of luck!!

I would wait a few more days...i've heard of hpt's being accurate this early on after embryos are implanted, but i've also heard that it's more likely your result won't be accurate right now...maybe in a few days.  good luck!

I don't like HPT only because I miscarried the one time I got BFP
if you did not have a trigger shot then HPTs are very accurate

I went for my blood early (locally)  and when the clinic found out they were miffed that I "knew"  I was preggo

keep us posted good luck
