will I be able to have a baby again?

I am 26 years old and I have been trying for my bfp for about 4 years now and it seem like no matter what I do I just can't get my bfp. I have had a baby before when I was 15th with no help or problems, but my doctor told me when I was 20 that I had pcos and right after I turn 24 I was a diabetic I then picked up 50+ Lbs and my cycle stopped my period don't come down at all and I don't ovulate on my own but with meds I do. I'm start to lose hope and it's really starting to feel like I can't have kids but I'm hoping that's not true and I'm sorry this is so long but I'm really hoping someone could tell me differently and let me no if I should keep trying or give me a percentage to see if I'm even able to conceive
