djgordon: I have endo and have mc 3 times. had weekly u/s that were all good. first time my water broke at 12 weeks(U/s showed healthy moving baby two days before the mc), second time they couldnt find the heart beat(9-10wks). 3rd time hcg levels dropped. (6wks) My second two pregnancies we used IUI to get pregnant. I am sure that they can do something to help you. I know it is hard but dont lose hope.

I am o+ and husband is 0-. is there anything wrong with this combination?

HI,
I can imagine that it has been hard on you. Abortions can occur because of various reasons. These can be foetal abnormality, genetic causes, Rhesus blood group incompatibility and low progesterone hormone, infection of the uterus, endometriosis, fibroids, etc. Many times the cause is difficult to pin-point. In your case it can be because of rhesus incompatibility.
When you plan your next pregnancy it must be after thorough counselling and prenatal medicines must be taken. Also proper antenatal care and proper treatment will improve the chances of a healthy pregnancy. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
Hope this helps.
