Hi. Well, 35 is not old to have a baby. :>) Had two after that as did many of my career girl friends. However, you've had what is supposed to be a permanent procedure to make sure you don't have a child. You do hear occasionally of clips coming loose or off but it is not common. The risk of a tubal pregnancy after a tubal ligation is a real concern. If you are wondering if you are pregnant and have had this procedure, you need to see your doctor because of that high rate of tubal pregnancy (although a low rate of women who become pregnant after a tubal-- the rate is 1.85%). The evap line happens if you let a test sit. So, if you read a test within the appropriate time and it was positive, then it is positive. If you let it sit and read it after a bit of time, then it is often an evap line. Not sure if this helps. Good luck
