Well I am now 6dpo and still having the pains...they are not constant and I do not notice them at night, mostly in the first part of the day. I also have been feeling really nauseous tonight but I'm not sure why.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
Are you also having watery discharge? Watery discharge along with abdominal cramps post ovulation can be a sign of conception. If the pain is prolonged and lasts more than two days it could indicate another medical condition which needs to diagnosed by a medical doctor. Conditions like endometriosis, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, salpingitis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, intestinal problems and gastric problems due to inflammation all can give rise to abdominal pain. It is suggested to consult your doctor for clinical examination and diagnostic tests to provide the best treatment for you. Keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
